Bathroom Plumbing
The plumbing behind the bathroom you are planning
A bathroom is only as good as what is behind the walls and under the floor. In a remodel or a new bathroom, the rough-in comes first: the drain, vent, and water lines are run and set at the right height and location for each fixture before the walls are closed up.
Once the finishes are in, we come back and set the toilet, tub, shower valve, and sink. If you only need one piece of that, such as a new toilet or a shower valve, we do that too.

Common questions
Bathroom plumbing questions
What is a rough-in?
It is the stage where the drain, vent, and water lines are installed inside the walls and floor, before drywall and tile go in. Each line is set where its fixture will connect later.
Can you move my toilet or shower to a different spot?
Usually, yes. How involved it is depends on where the existing drain runs and what the floor is built on. A slab floor means cutting concrete, for example. We look at it and quote the work before starting.
Do you install fixtures I bought myself?
Yes. We install the toilet, tub, faucet, or valve you have chosen.
Can you do just one part, like a shower valve?
Yes. We do full bathroom plumbing and single-fixture jobs.
