Requesting service
Sending a form, text, or email is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed when we contact you to schedule it. If you have an emergency, call 360-939-7888 rather than using the form.
Quotes and pricing
We provide a quote before work begins, and work starts after you approve it. If we find conditions that could not be seen when the quote was given, we will explain the change and get your approval before continuing. Service outside regular hours (Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm) includes an after-hours fee.
Offers and coupons
Offers on this site, including the free home plumbing inspection, are available within our service area, must be mentioned when you schedule, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may be changed or ended at any time.
Drain clearing guarantee
Drains we clear are guaranteed for up to one full year from the date of service. If the same line backs up again in that period, contact us and we will make it right. The specific terms that apply to your job are those written on your invoice or work order.

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to messages about your service request and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
