When a water heater stops working, the first question is whether it can be repaired. Often it can: a failed element, thermostat, or gas control is a repair. A tank that is leaking from the tank itself is not, and needs replacing. We tell you which situation you are in and quote the work before starting.
If you are replacing, we install standard tank heaters and tankless units, and we service them afterward. Flushing a tank and descaling a tankless unit are the two maintenance jobs that keep them running the way they should.

Water heater questions
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
It depends on what failed and how old the unit is. Parts like elements, thermostats, and valves can be replaced. A tank that is leaking from the tank body cannot be repaired. We check it and give you both options when both make sense.
Tank or tankless: which is right for my home?
A tank heater costs less to install and is simple to service. A tankless unit heats water as you use it, so it does not run out, and it takes up less space, but installation is more involved. We look at your home, your gas or electric supply, and how much hot water you use, then quote what fits.
Why does a water heater need flushing?
Minerals in the water settle in the bottom of a tank and build up as scale inside a tankless unit. Flushing clears that out, which helps the heater run efficiently and last longer.
Do you work on both gas and electric?
Yes. We install, repair, and replace gas, electric, and tankless water heaters.
